A healthy life is more than any one thing.
Making changes in any area of life takes commitment and habit to make a difference.
Just like one meal of asparagus, avocado, and apricots isn't going to change our appetite,
one night of good sleep,
one great workout,
one eye-opening book,
or one medication
--isn't going to change our nervous system immediately.
A healthy nervous system needs all of these things.
But the amount and combination is a unique recipe that needs to be tailored to each individual.
