The plan is to start where you are, and build slow.

The goal is 20-30 minutes of exercise 5x per week.  

Look at the mindful movement and fitness pages to get started.

Prefer to do your own thing? Great! Pick 4-8 movements, download one of these Tabata Timers-> 

and build your own interval circuit.
